FAQ
You earn 50% commission on the customer's first qualifying purchase of the main Lady & Billy product made through your unique affiliate link.
If the customer also purchases an eligible Order Bump (OB) as part of that first order, you earn an additional 15% commission on the Order Bump purchase.
These commissions apply to the customer's initial qualifying purchase only. They do not create recurring commissions on future subscription payments or subsequent purchases.
Affiliate commissions are paid once a month, on the 15th, for all eligible commissions that are due by that date. If a commission is not yet due on the 15th, it will automatically roll over to the next monthly payment cycle.
Affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal. You’ll need an active PayPal account and must ensure that the PayPal email address associated with your affiliate account is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal payment details are correct. Lady & Billy cannot be held responsible for delayed or unsuccessful payments resulting from incorrect, outdated, or inaccessible PayPal account information provided by an affiliate.
If you’re expecting a commission payment and haven’t received it, please check your PayPal account and verify your payment details first. If everything is correct and the payment is still missing, contact us at hello@magicmakers.studio and we’ll be happy to look into it.
When someone purchases through your unique affiliate link, the qualifying sale is tracked in our affiliate system and the corresponding commission is credited to your affiliate account.
Yes. Your affiliate dashboard allows you to monitor your affiliate activity, including qualifying sales and commissions.
You may promote Lady & Billy through appropriate channels that comply with our Affiliate Terms and brand guidelines. Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, unauthorised paid advertising on protected brand terms, or other prohibited promotional practices are not permitted.
Yes, where we provide approved affiliate assets, you may use them to promote Lady & Billy in accordance with our brand and affiliate guidelines. Lady & Billy characters, artwork, stories and other intellectual property may not be independently altered, republished or used outside the authorised affiliate purpose.
Only valid, successfully completed qualifying sales generate payable commissions. Commissions associated with fraudulent, duplicate, reversed, chargeback or otherwise invalid transactions may be cancelled or adjusted.
No. There is no minimum payout threshold. Any eligible commissions you’ve earned will be included in the next applicable monthly payment cycle, regardless of the amount.
